These are the Terms and Conditions (“T&Cs/ “Conditions”) that Premium Quality Essays prescribe and adhere to. We encourage our esteemed clients to read them carefully and understand since it forms the legal basis of the relationship between the company and clients.
All our services are paid and require client to create an account.
The agreement refers to these terms and conditions.
- “We”, “Us” or “The Company” refers to “Premium Quality Essays” the entity that is providing writing services as defined in the website.
- The “Client/Customer/you/your” is the individual who has an account with the company and seeks to utilise and is willing to pay for the writing services offered and accepted to be bound by all the provisions in this document.
- “Writing service/ Our Services” refer to the range of services offered by the company at a fee or free of charge as indicated in different guarantees.
- An “Order” refers to the request placed by the client on the company’s system describing the nature of writing service, the amount of time and payment owed to the company.
- “Order progress” refers to the status of the order place by the client on the company system.
- “Paper/Essay” refers to the final outcome of the order as completed by the writer.
- “Writer(s)” refers to the persons assigned to handle the order as placed by the client.
- “Revision/amendment” refers to the request placed by the client to improve or alter the paper to meet the stipulated instructions.
- “Support/Customer service” is part of the company’s staff that provides the contact between the company and the clients by answering on the questions.
- “Systems/ customer care system” are the features (hardware/software) that facilitate the communication between the support staff and clients.
- “Confirmation” is process of verification of the clients’ billing identity to mitigate fraud and misinformation.
- “Payment” refers to the amount of money the client pays through the various available methods to the company upon placing an order.
Registration on our systems requires the client to supply us with information the meet the following criteria:

All our papers are intended for personal use only. We also provide additional services for pre-written works such as proofreading, paraphrasing, rewriting, and formatting. Nevertheless, the material should be near-perfect, any material that is 40% plagiarised will be treated as new order and the normal charges will be applied. Clients will be expected to pay for the orders before writers begin working on them. Premium Quality Essays reserves the rights to changes these Terms and Conditions without prior notice.
4. Place an order
The client will be expected to complete the ORDER NOW form which is contained in this website. You will be expected to provide exhaustive instruction to facilitate our writers in working on your paper. The client will bear the consequences for misleading instructions as it will not be considered as a revision. The customer will also take responsible for false and/or inaccurate information. All instruction should be organized in a coherent way to reduce the time used by the writers to work on the paper. Once an order have been received and assigned to a writer the instructions cannot be changed. If the client seeks to change the instruction it will attract additional charges.
5. Format of Paper
Our writers will follow the standard format for all your paper; except when you specify otherwise:
- 12 point Times New Roman
- Double spaced
- 275 words per page
- A separate reference/cover page where applicable
- One-inch margin on all sides
- We do not charge for cover page and the reference page
The client may choose to upload the sources that should be used in the paper. However, In case it is not provided we will reserve the right of using the relevant sources. The client may also specify that the paper should be single-line. We will double the amount charged per pages because it has been reduced.
